Admin/Rights Policy

Quote:This is the official Policy for rights and admin to badges. This should be followed at all time, and all members requesting rights/admin and all current right holders/admin holders are required to read this policy. Please keep in mind rights is one of the things to NEVER ask for as well as pay or promotion. Below are categories of different types of abuse and punishments that go with the abusive actions.

Requirements/rules
To be considered for rights the requesting user must have held a rank Director or higher for the time period of at least 3 months.

Admin will only be given to users ranking Mod and over. (this rule may be overruled in the future.)

Trashing of HQ:
This is the most severe abuse of Rights. Trashing is the act of moving more than 6 pieces of furniture without purpose and the intention to harm <SWAT> HQ. All trashers rights will be revoked permanently and fired on the spot. All trashers wishing to join back will never be allowed to be promoted past standard ranks(Confirmation that selected user trashed required first)

Moving and rotating of furniture within SWAT HQ:
Moving and rotating furniture without purpose will have severe consequences. First time offence you will be warned (only one furni was moved/rotated). Second offence your rights will be revoked for a period of time decided upon by a founder. Third time offences will result in permanent loss of rights and demotion.

Kicking of HR or other users without valid reason:
kicking users from room without a valid reason such as: User is hacked and is a threat to HQ, User is spamming, User refuses to turn off effect or to stop dancing, User is trashing. disrespect is NOT a valid reason to kick a fellow HR. All users caught Kicking users without reason will first be issued a warning, second offences will have rights suspended for a period of time selected by one of the founders. Third offences will result in permanent termination of rights and demotion.

Stanading on furniture:
This is standing on furniture such as bars and kitchen blocks. first time offenders will be warned. Second offences will have rights suspended for a period of time selected by one of the founders. Third offences will result in permanent termination of rights and demotion.

Placing of unneeded furniture:
All unneeded furni will be ejected. there is not select number of offences for this action but you will be warned each time. If abuse occurs enough times rights will be suspended for a period of time selected by one of the founders.

Giving another User admin to badges:
You are to never give/take admin from another user regardless of your rank. anyone caught giving/taking admin to badges will have admin removed on all badges and Demoted. the only exception to this is if the user is a threat to SWAT(ex: they are trashing badges) Once your admin has been taken you will NOT receive it back.

Trashing Badges:
Trashing is removing members from badges in mass numbers without a valid reason. Any person abusing in this way will be removed from all badges and will be fired on the spot. If user decides to join back they will NOT receive admin back even if rank calls for it.
