Ranking Policy
Rank purchasing info- Always make sure the person you are trading is a person on the founder team (member of the <SWAT> Founders badge) prices can be found >HERE<
HRA info- only users holding the rank of BoD or higher are permitted to have a HRA at this time. HRAs must be picked with good judgement and have worked for SWAT for more than 2 weeks.
The following units are not permitted to skip ranks or sell ranks at any time, any user caught doing so will have disciplinary actions taken towards them and may be removed from SWAT.
Office of adminestration (OOA)
Promotion Allowance: all ranks TM and under as well as the unit. Can also promote PU with the confirmation of a founder.
Demotion Allowance: permitted to demote or fire up to the end of director
Admin Allowance: Admin to all units director and below.
Moderators (MoD)
Promotion Allowance: all ranks director and under as well as the unit MoD is assigned(Mods with units TM and above must get confirmation from OOA or a founder to promote into their unit)
Demotion Allowance: permitted to demote or fire up to the end of HR
Admin Allowance: Admin to badges HR and below as well as assigned unit.
Board members (BoD)
Promotion Allowance: all ranks HR and under as well as the unit the BoD is assigned.(BoD members with units TM and above must get confirmation from OOA or a founder to promote into their unit)

Admin Allowance:admin to assigned unit
Cabinet (Cab)
Promotion Allowance: into the rank of HR with the permission of a member ranking Mod or higer

Presidential Unit (PU)
Promotion Allowance: into the rank of THR
Demotion Allowance: permitted to demote or fire up to the end of EU
Top Management (TM*)
Promotion Allowance: All ranks up to the end of EU
Demotion Allowance: permitted to demote or fire up to the end of Trainer with the confirmation of a user ranking PU or higher
Director (Dir)
Promotion Allowance: All ranks up to the end of trainer
Demotion Allowance: permitted to demote or fire up to the end of security with the confirmation of a user ranking TM or higher
High Rank (HR)
Promotion Allowance: All ranks up to the end of security
Demotion Allowance: not permitted to demote or fire at this time
Trial High rank (THR) & High Rank Assistant (HRA)
Promotion Allowance: All ranks up to the end of standard
Demotion Allowance: not permitted to demote or fire at this time

Security - 6 Hours
Special Forces- 24 Hours (1 Day)
